How We Store The Information We Collect

If you signup to our newsletter, we store your email address in MailChimp. MailChimp provide our newsletter service to send the emails you have requested, and you can unsubscribe from these at any time.

If you send us an email message with an enquiry or request, we will store that email within our email account, which is hosted securely on our web server.  We will store the email for as long as is required to deal with your enquiry or request. 

 

How we keep your data secure

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business / legitimate need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

 

Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of children is particularly important in data protection. Anyone under the age of 18 is not eligible to use our Service. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Data of anyone younger than 18 unless parental consent has been obtained prior to using our Service.
